If you do prefer to write a paper check, please be aware you can combine all of your charges into one check. Also, before you drop the check in the rent drop box, please:

  • Make sure your check has your building and apartment number written on it, and the written & numerical amounts match.
  • Please note, we do not accept postdated checks. Any checks you put in the rent drop box are considered ready to be processed.

Building 9203 Elevator Lobby Project to be Completed Today!

Good morning residents!

Due to the snow event on Monday, the elevator project was delayed by one day. The project will be completed by this evening. We hope you are as excited as we are to add this new upgrade to the building that will contribute to an even cleaner community!

Magic Putting Place: Tee Off

This old-school miniature golf course is a great place to spend a family afternoon. Comprising 36 holes spread out over two courses, this is a lovely gold complex decked out in classic style. Located in the middle of a strip mall parking lot, the courses boast a windmill, a magic castle, and a number of interesting and challenging shots. Course prices are incredibly reasonable, at $4.00 for one 18-hole round and an additional $2.00 for every round after that. The course is incredibly well-maintained and groomed, and there are never shots missed because of disrepair on the course. At night, the entire course lights up and the sound system starts playing for an exciting experience. At the eighteenth hole of both courses, if you sink a special tricky shot you can earn a coupon for a free game. They also offer group rates and discounts for birthday parties and other events. Stop next door at the Nathan’s Dairy Barn for some ice cream while you're there!

Community Improvements Have Begun!

Dear Residents,

We are happy to announce that we will be starting a few new renovation projects this week, and within the coming month.

The first is starting today! We are renovating the entire Fitness Center by re-painting, adding mirrors, shelving, and re-arranging the TV and equipment to face the outdoors. We hope you will love it's new look by the end of the week!

We will also be tiling the elevator lobbies, starting in the 9203 building. We have heard your concerns about what the weather can do to carpet in that highly traveled location, so we are tiling to make that area more beautiful and clean! There will be more information to follow as we get closer to the project's start date.
