Dear Residents,

We are happy to announce our new Service Manager, Walter Ford, joined us on June 26th! He comes to us with 27 years of experience in the maintenance field, had seven grand kids, loves the TV show Married with Children, and likes to go fishing in his spare time! We know he is going to be such an asset to this community, and will take great care of all of you!

If you see him, please say Hi!

We would love for you to get to know everyone on the team! This week, we are featuring Nikki. She is our new Leasing Professional, and here are a few interesting facts about her:

1. Her favorite show is The Big Bang Theory
2. She loves living at The Courts and purchasing fresh raspberries from the Farmer's Market
3. Her favorite activities in her spare are spending time with her boys, and taking naps! If you have not met her yet, drop into the office and say hi!

It's true – what a lovely summer it's been already at The Courts at Historic Manassas! We have been busy bees participating in The Railway Festival and the Wine and Jass Festival! We have some great give-a-ways for all who came, and loved chatting with our residents!

Remember – we are still offering $750 off your rent if you refer a friend to the property that moves-in! That's enough for a mini-vaca! (At least that is what we would do!)

Hello Residents,

Did you know the coffee station moved from the lobby in 9205 into the Leasing Office? Drop in anytime for a snack or a quick cup of coffee to-go. We love to see you!

Or, you can take an evening stroll and walk to Grounds Central Station in Historic Manassas. We hear their coffee is pretty spectacular!

Thank you to everyone who came to Doggie Yappy Hour! We loved giving the doggies and humans treats, and watching a few brave pups have some fun in the puppy pool! We attached some photos of the fun!
