Hello Residents,

Did you know the coffee station moved from the lobby in 9205 into the Leasing Office? Drop in anytime for a snack or a quick cup of coffee to-go. We love to see you!

Or, you can take an evening stroll and walk to Grounds Central Station in Historic Manassas. We hear their coffee is pretty spectacular!

As always, we want to know what you love about the community and neighborhood! Tell us more about what coffee shops you love, and remember to stop by and see us.

We are happy to announce a Facebook Photo Contest! The contest will start today, and last until midnight on Sunday, May 4th. We are requesting all of our residents post photos of their favorite things about their lives and surroundings to the The Courts at Historic Manassas Facebook page, then tag yourselves! Once you have posted the photos, and tagged them, you will be entered into a drawing to win some fun and exciting gift cards at our resident Spring Fling!

We are excited to announce our online payment system is now live!

You can now pay your rent online at www.thecourtsapts.com.

If you do prefer to write a paper check, please be aware you can combine all of your charges into one check. Also, before you drop the check in the rent drop box, please:

  • Make sure your check has your building and apartment number written on it, and the written & numerical amounts match.
  • Please note, we do not accept postdated checks. Any checks you put in the rent drop box are considered ready to be processed.

Building 9203 Elevator Lobby Project to be Completed Today!

Good morning residents!

Due to the snow event on Monday, the elevator project was delayed by one day. The project will be completed by this evening. We hope you are as excited as we are to add this new upgrade to the building that will contribute to an even cleaner community!

Community Improvements Have Begun!

Dear Residents,

We are happy to announce that we will be starting a few new renovation projects this week, and within the coming month.

The first is starting today! We are renovating the entire Fitness Center by re-painting, adding mirrors, shelving, and re-arranging the TV and equipment to face the outdoors. We hope you will love it's new look by the end of the week!

We will also be tiling the elevator lobbies, starting in the 9203 building. We have heard your concerns about what the weather can do to carpet in that highly traveled location, so we are tiling to make that area more beautiful and clean! There will be more information to follow as we get closer to the project's start date.
