At Scully Company, our residents’ safety and comfort is our top priority.  We are committed to ensuring that snow is removed from sidewalks, parking lots & roadways as quickly as possible.  HOWEVER, in below freezing temperatures, ice-melt treatments are not as effective and re-freezing with slippery areas may occur. 

Please TAKE CAUTION when walking on steps, sidewalks, parking lots and roadways.  Avoid areas that are in the shade, as they will refreeze the fastest and black ice may occur.  Be careful – we care about you!

Some more tips to help you survive the winter weather: 

*Don’t carry large packages that block your view of the ground – you need to make every step you take a safe one!

*Please avoid parking in fire lanes or along curbs that are not designated parking areas.  This will make clearing the roadways take much longer while we locate owners to move vehicles, and you may be at risk of being towed.

*Chairs or other items are not permitted to be placed in parking lots to “reserve” spots.   We are working to clear parking spaces as quickly as possible, and your patience is appreciated.
