Over that time, the kitchen team has been able to perfect their signature dishes, and you can try all of them at the branch in New Braunfels.
Its "world famous" onion rings come in small or "Texas size" portions, so only order the latter if you plan on sharing the crunchy, hand-breaded onion rings with your table. You don't have to start with the onion rings, though. Fried pickles, okra, and even mushrooms offer crispy alternatives to the signature appetizer. Fried fare dominates the list of entrees, too. Order the fried catfish or shrimp, chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken, or the fried fish tacos. Many of the fried eats also come grilled for more health-conscious eaters.
