Folio will be hosting a Trunk or Treat Monday, October 31st in front of the Leasing Center! Here are some great trunk decorating ideas! If participating, be prepared to hand out candy and if you have any questions about how or when to set up please contact the leasing office 512-490-3000!

Everyone is invited to our Fall Festival Event this Saturday 10-15-16. The event will be starting at 4:00pm in the gym parking lot. We will be enjoying fun fall games and treats. Bring your friends and come hang out with your friendly Folio team!

Please don't forget about our Star Wars Movie Event tonight at 8:00pm. The event will be out by the clubhouse pool where we will be showing the new Star Wars movie and serving rootbeer floats and popcorn! Bring your blankets, chairs and your friends!

Today is the day! We will be playing The Force Awakens outside of the leasing office on an outdoor screen. This event is BYOB (bring your own blanket!) and we will be serving popcorn and root beer floats. We hope to see you there.
