St. Patty’s Day Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients:

1 large corned beef
1 head of cabbage
1 onion
1 bag of baby carrots
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
1 bag of small potatoes
1 can of Gingerale
1/4 cup water

Instructions:
Crock Pot- High
Oven 325 degrees

Chop cabbage and onion mix together. Place in crock pot or roaster. Clean potatoes, leave whole, add carrots. Place everything, including spices, in pot and cover with Gingerale. Add water. Cover and cook for at least 8 hours for a 3-5 lb corned beef.

Super Bowl Spanish Ranch Wings

Ingredients:

2 Lg bags of wings thawed
1 packet of hidden valley ranch seasoning
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 packets of Sazon
1/2 tbsp cajun pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Tabasco

Mix all ingredients together and wisk until smooth. Drench marinade covering all wings for at least 24 hours.

Celery and Carrots with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing

Instructions: Remove from marinade, place in baking pan in oven at 400 degrees for around 50 minutes- makes skin crispy and meat full of flavor. They are tender and really don't need any other sauces. You can change the amnount of spice to make them mild or hot.

Quick Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts (cubed)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 bag sliced carrots
1 container of mushrooms
4 stalks of celery (chopped)
1 can of grands biscuits
1 large can of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
salt and pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water 

Instructions:

In a large pot add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, sautee chicken and onions until almost cooked. Add can of soup and chicken stock whisk until smooth. Add water, add carrots, mushrooms, and celery. Once its stewed for around 20 minutes and is boiling take biscuits out of can and cut each biscuit into 9 pieces and drop into the boiling soup. Then turn it down and let simmer on medium low for around 15 minutes until the biscuits have floated toward the bottom. Make sure you stir occasionally so they don't stick. Enjoy!

It tastes better the second day so definitely enjoy it with the cold weather.
