Today we pay tribute to the men and women who have fought, and continue to fight, for our freedom. Thank you, veterans!

Castle President James F. Baldacci and Vice President/Executive Property Manager Joseph A. Lawton, Jr. have decades of experience in building communities and managing clients' business. Their leadership moves us forward in changing markets and keeps us dedicated to our founding principles: honoring the worth and dignity of our clients, residents, and vendors.

Still, change is inevitable. Some dear friends and colleagues have retired recently. New people are in their jobs, and others have joined us to service our growing business. Many of them are young — some under 30 years old. That wasn't a plan, but it's been a blessing.

Our new staff members have lit a fire under our team. They remind us of what's possible, that there are many different routes to success and that good business means constantly questioning what we can do better.

They're born to this work, and our balance between experience and enthusiasm has never felt better.
