Castle Management Cleaned Up at the 2013 California Apartment Association Greater East Bay GEMM Awards.
Castle Management won Best Property Management Company for the 2nd year in a row, thanks to a terrific team of bright, motivated people. The upper management feels exceptionally blessed to have such an amazingly talented squad. The award truly reflects the whole company, and Castle could not be prouder of the awesome staff across the entire portfolio.
Noteworthy congratulations include:
- Oak Grove Terrace, in Concord won Best Rental Community (1-50 units). Excellent work by Resident Manager Chris Verrips, and Maintenance Technicians Joe Gamba, Bob Boyd, and Andie Navarro.
- Arbol Verde Apartments in Livermore won Best Rental Community (51-100 units). Terrific work by Resident Manager Fermin Fernandez and Maintenance Technician Bob Boyd.
- Chris Verrips won Best Rental Community Manager (1-50 units). Congratulations again, Chris. Well done.
- Zsolt Varga won Best Maintenance Technician (100+ units) for his work at Viking Park Apartments in Pleasant Hill. Spectacular job, Zsolt.
- Ramiro Dorado was a finalist for Best Porter/Grounds Keeper for his work at Monterey Club Apartments in Concord. Thank you for all your hard work, Ramiro.
