Another brief word about maintenance: garbage disposals.

Castle reminds our residents that 'disposal' doesn't mean 'dispose all.' Garbage disposals are made to handle small food scraps and bits of sauce — nothing else. Certainly not heavy grease or cooking oil, which will block pipes and quickly cause messy consequences.

Again, Castle recognizes that the best maintenance isn't reactive; it's proactive. Working with our residents to create safe, happy communities isn't just the right thing to do — it's good business sense.
