Garages Are For Parking!

The California Gold Rush is over. But the rush for land lives on.
 
Bay Area residents gobble up space for living, working and having fun — which leaves precious few parking spots! So when Castle manages a community with garages, we work to make sure residents use them for parking, not storage. Our lease amendments specify what should be in the garage, and we do occasional window checks to encourage compliance. A single violation is usually enough to get the neighborhood cleaning out their garages and parking in the right place. This ensures a better day for everyone.
 
At Castle, we protect worth and dignity of our residents and clients. Sometimes that's as simple as helping them get back home a little faster.

The Castle Difference: Rental Incentives

People like to buy their own appliances.

You might think that it's tough to turn down a free camera, computer or microwave, but in our experience, rental giveaways aren't that successful. It's tough to please everyone, and people want appliances that suit their lifestyle. That's why Castle uses cash-based incentives to entice new residents. When the market warrants incentives, we might offer $600 off the move-in price, or waive the security deposit. Because we keep security deposits low — generally between $500 and one month's rent — discounts like this equal the freedom to move for families who can't bear a heavy up-front fee.

Naturally all applicants must pass our stringent screening process. But in a difficult economy, Castle is happy, when appropriate, to provide residents with the flexibility they need to jump into the rental market.

We fill vacancies with responsible residents. They know that management looks out for them, and that's the basis for a stable, long-term relationship. It's another example of the Castle Difference.
