Farmer's Table's head chef Wilson Wieggel doesn't like to work with ingredients unless he knows exactly where he comes from. Chef Wilson and his team receive ingredients from farms around the Boca Raton region that use healthy and sustainable practices, so they know they're using the highest quality produce and meats available.
